Chicken Liver

Kenchic Frozen chicken liver 700g pack
500 gms
Kenchic Chicken Liver
tablespoons sunflower oil

teaspoons lemon juice
½
teaspoon salt, or to taste

cloves garlic, minced

Method

 

  1. Heat a small pan on medium heat. Add the chicken liver and stir until cooked through.
  2. Add oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. Stir gently until completely mixed.
  3. Remove into plate and serve with ugali and sukuma.
